While flying through the sky and thumbing through this month's edition of Delta Sky magazine, we noticed Andrew Zimmern's article on ocean-friendly chefs featuring Minneapolis star-chef and regular Shea client, Tim McKee. (La Belle Vie, Solera, Barrio, Sea Change) Zimmern writes about McKee's efforts at Sea Change, his restaurant at the Guthrie Theater, which was one of Shea's more exciting design projects last year.
Zimmern commented on how Sea Change "started with the room" and calls the contemporary space "simply stunning."
